We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

 

Eligibility

1.Items must be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

2.All products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, no stains, no odors, no damage.

3.Clearance / discounted items: Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Process

1.Submit a return request via our customer service email or website message center. Please provide your order number and photos of the item.

2.We will review your request and send you return instructions within 2–3 working days.

3.Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable.

4.Do NOT send returns without our confirmed return address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods successfully

Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take extra days to show up in your account.

 

Exchanges

If you need size/color exchange:

You can return the item and place a new order directly on our site. We do not support direct

one-for-one exchange to avoid delivery delays.

 

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items:

Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt, attach clear photos of products & packaging.

We will arrange solution (replacement or partial/full refund) for you.

We cover shipping cost for our mistake.
